Twin Day

            Im twinning with my exchange student Ylenia Gullotti from Germany. When I met her for the first time, I wasn't only surprised that we looked similar physically but we also dressed the same. You know how I love my flannels and sweaters, well so does she! so of course she was my other half on twin day. It was a piece of cake for us considering that our closets were mirror images of eachother.

1. Flannel

the single most amazing invention by humankind

I couldn't agree more. Flannels can be worn so many different ways; on the waist with a skirt or pants (making leggings acceptable because yes, your butt will be covered), as a buttoned up shirt, or even as a jacket. It is a staple for fall this season. I have pretty much worn one everyday this month. I love pairing it with a skirt, I look like a 90's grunge feminist and it's perfection.

Colors are everything! Style is all about color and creating a great contrast in your outfit. Maroon and Mustard are fantastic hue's that look great together. They are also good Fall colors! There are complimentary colors such as red & green, blue & orange, yellow & purple. Make sure you take into account that colors can make or break an outfit!

Sunday Best

Happy sunday! Sunday's are by far my favorite day on the week because I am obligated to dress up for church.  I believe dressing up at least once a week is healthy. It's definately a confidence booster to look fabulous. which I am never opposed to. I was always scared to wear boots to church, I don't know why! I have pretty much worn them every sunday since I bought them three months ago at Pac Sun for $46. Not a bad price for adorable boots right? Nothing has to be expensive to be nice but you might not want to take my word for it. Im kinda the cheapest human that has ever existed.
