This is Candice Burnell. She is wearing a floral romper that really made a statement. A good statement that is! Finding a great vintage piece from the 80's and 90's can be difficult because it was a time were tacky was classy and flat out odd was the normal. I like this romper because it is fresh, kind of funky, and it's floral. Which is always OK. Paired with the romper are some adorable red vintage heels. That I love. Did I mention that I love vintage?
